This is pretty rough (and didn't make it to the draw off, due to my inability to tell time correctly), but I kinda like it.
I think my attempt to capture her (the Ultimate/teenage version) as an actual teenager, as opposed to your average comic book bimbette, was relatively successful.... There are a couple of preliminary MJ sketches in my scraps as well. |

Actually, her shirt looks like the Crimson Spider's sleevless hoody. (Super Heros should NOT wear 'off the rack') So, it could be the MJ from the upcoming 'clone saga' maybe?
